VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific Profile

After more than a decade of cooperation in various trade exhibitions in Thailand, Vietnam and India, VNU Exhibitions Europe from the Netherlands and TCC Exhibition and Convention Center from Thailand have entered into a company joint venture. VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. (VNUEAP) was founded in 2012 and based in Bangkok, Thailand.

VNUEAP expects to benefit from the combination of sales and marketing expertise and the international network brought in by VNU Exhibitions Europe with strong regional presence and local network of TCC Exhibition Convention Center Co., Ltd.

VNUEAP will focus on the development of business to business exhibitions in the fast growing South East Asian region, in particular in the sectors agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry industry and science laboratory technology.

The company will look for growth through new launches, project cooperation with third partners and acquisitions in the ASEAN-region. Several new exhibitions have been launched by VNUEAP namely ILDEX Indonesia, ILDEX Cambodia, Horti ASIA, AGRITECHNICA ASIA, Thailand LAB INTERNATIONAL, PET-VET Asia Expo (in cooperation with Asia Pacific Veterinarian Congress, APVC), APLD Conference & Exhibition (in cooperation with Thai Association of the study of Liver) and Asia Pacific Lung Cancer Conference & Exhibition (project management).

The current partnership between TCC Exhibition and Convention Center and VNU Exhibitions Europe for the leading Asian trade show in the animal husbandry industry, VIV Asia, will continue. VNUEAP will take over the role of TCC.

Management of the company is now in hands of Mr.Nino Gruettke (Managing Director) and Mrs. Kanya Viravan (General Manager) who combined bring in more than 35 years of experience in managing MICE Business.

Member of the company Board of Directors are Mrs.Phornsiri Manoharn (Chairman), Mr.Wanchai Sarathulthat, Mr. Kamolnai Chaixanien, Mr.Ton Otten and Mr. Nino Gruettke.
