VIV Asia, the international trade show based on the ‘Feed to Meat’ principle, has reached its second decade, and still secures its place as the ASIA Expo for animal husbandry & processing. During its three-day run, VIV Asia 2015 has gained tremendous success of 16% growth compared to 2013 edition, with 874exhibitors from 47 countries which has been divided into 3 main segments including Health & Nutrition 55%, Farming & Breeding 30% and Slaughtering & Handling/Processing 15% on 25,000 Sq.m of BITEC Bangna Bangkok, Thailand. VIV Asia 2015 was an absolute record breaking of more than 38,425 visitors from 124 countries all over the world and over 4,000 visitors attended a conference or seminar. The special highlights of the year included full-scale technologies from exhibitors in livestock industry such as Animal health & nutrition, Animal breeding, farming and housing, Slaughtering & handling and processing, Aquatic, Biogas, CropTechFeedTech, DairyTech, MeatTech and Pet health and nutrition. Additionally, International pavilions from more than 10 countries displayed innovations and state-of-the-art technologies from the Netherlands, America, France, United Kingdom, South Korea, Taiwan, and so on. The international conferences and forums covered more than 40 topics presented by the leading international companies such as the Swine Raisers Association of Thailand, The Thai Holstein Friesian Association and The Federation of Asian Veterinary Association together with Aquatic Asia conference.Mandarin has also been added to the list of official languages to cater for Chinese-speaking visitors who have recognized the growth expected in the number of visitors from China.
